On behalf of the Board of Directors and homeowners of Serendipity, welcome to our community!

Over the coming weeks, we look forward to meeting you whether it be walking around the circle, at the pool or at one of our many social events. Renters can look forward to hearing from a member of our Welcome Committee to arrange a personal visit. 

 

Each Pelican Bay Homeowners Association is unique. Please take a few minutes to review your responsibilities as a newcomer to Serendipity by reading the Highlights of Serendipity Rules and Regulations for Renters and Guests. We ask that you pay careful attention to our protocols for trash and recycling. Please join us in keeping our community beautiful and welcoming for all. 

 

Serendipity policy does not allow guests of renters and guests of guests to stay in the homeowner’s condo without you being present. In addition, only homeowners are permitted to have pets. 

 

Our Social Committee organizes a vast array of social events during season. All are welcome! We encourage you to check the carports for a listing of upcoming events.
