On behalf of the Board of Directors and homeowners of Serendipity, welcome to the neighborhood and congratulations on the purchase of your new condo! Over the coming weeks, we look forward to meeting you whether it be walking around the circle, at the pool or at one of our many social events. New Owners can look forward to hearing from a member of our Welcome Committee to arrange a personal visit. Besides offering a warm welcome and answering your questions, they will review your responsibilities as a newcomer to Serendipity.  

 

Each Pelican Bay Homeowners Association is unique. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with all the features and information on the Serendipity website. The site serves as our association’s official communication channel between our management company, the Board of Directors, and the homeowners. Much of the website is password protected for homeowners. It is a valuable hub for news, legal documents, and online forms.
