Serendipity is a non-gated 66-unit low rise condominium community located on the Gulf of Mexico in the south end of Pelican Bay. The two-to-three-bedroom condos have open floor plans ranging from 1,200 – 2,300 square feet. Residents can enjoy peaceful views of the lagoon or lush gardens.
 
Homeowners may lease their units twice per year with a minimum of 60 days per term. Serendipity is pet friendly and residents are permitted to have one pet up to 30 lbs. 
 
Amenities include two pools each with whirlpool spas, restrooms, and nearby gas grills. Within the newly renovated clubhouse is a kitchen and community library. Assigned carport spaces and ample guest parking are also provided. In addition to the Serendipity amenities, residents and guests of Pelican Bay have access to nearby tennis courts and fitness facilities. Tram service is available from nearby Glencove or the Commons to beautiful sandy beaches and private beachfront facilities including beach chair service and restaurants. 
 
The community is known for its warm and welcoming residents, for its relaxed and casual lifestyle and regularly scheduled social events open to all owners, renters, and guests during season.
 
Serendipity is within walking distance of the Pelican Bay berm, Artis Naples performance center, Baker Museum of Art, Waterside Shops, and dining, as well as St. William’s Catholic Church and Naples United Church of Christ.
MAILBOX INFORMATION
UPDATE:  May 25th -  While the mailboxes are ready for use, the USPS has asked us to delay the cut over to allow them time to install the USPS Specific Keys for opening the mailboxes.  The only timing provided from USPS was "a couple of months".  Please continue to use the existing mailboxes until further notification.  Thank you.

PLAN AHEAD!
It is your responsibility to secure your home. If you are not in residence, please be sure to make the appropriate arrangements with your home-watch, a neighbor or friend.
 
CLEAR YOUR LANAI 
If you are leaving town for any length of time during hurricane season, please remove all lanai patio furniture, plants, loose objects and have your home watch or a nearby relative or friend to close the shutters as per your Association policy.
