About Serendipity and Pelican Bay
Board Meetings
o Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday at 9:00 AM in the Clubhouse.
o Owners may attend in person or via remote access.
Serendipity Social Events
o Serendipity’s Social Committee organizes a vast array of social events during Season.
o All Owners, Renters and Guests are welcome at all Serendipity social events.
o Dates and details are available in the Newsletter and under Social on our website.
o Renters and Guests are encouraged to check the carports for a listing of upcoming events.
Clubhouse and Pool Porch
o A key is needed for the clubhouse and pool bathrooms.
o The clubhouse and pool porch can be reserved for personal use.
o Reservations are made through the website under the Social tab.
o Renters may make reservations by contacting their owner.
o Follow the posted rules for clean-up. Dispose bagged garbage in unit owners trash bin.
o A bookshelf full of books is available in the clubhouse. Take a book or leave a book!
Pelican Bay
o Renters and guests can also enjoy amenities such as tennis, a fitness center and classes, beach access and a paved berm for walking and bicycle riding. (Bicycle bells are required on the berm).
o The Pelican Bay Post is available at the Commons on Pelican Bay Boulevard.
o Access to South Beach from Serendipity:
- Park at Commons off Pelican Bay Boulevard. Walk the berm and boardwalk or ride the tram.
- Walk to Glencove. Follow the path past the circle, across the boardwalk to the berm. Turn right.
- Walk to the Clam Pass parking lot. Follow the paved walkway beside the Naples Grande. Scan your member card at the gate. Continue along the berm to the South Beach boardwalk.
o Access to North Beach from Serendipity:
- Park at Marker 36 or North Parking off Pelican Bay Boulevard. Walk the berm and boardwalk or ride the tram.
o Be sure to have your Pelican Bay member or guest card with you.
